tablespoons butter tablespoon whole garam masala garlic cloves (finely chopped) medium-sized onions (sliced) medium-sized tomatoes (chopped)

1 teaspoon dhaniya powder pepper to taste salt to taste 1 bunch spinach leaves (chopped) 1 full chicken (medium cut pieces) - skinned and washed

Melt butter in a pan and add the garam masala to it. Add in onion, garlic, spinach, tomatoes, dhaniya powder, pepper and salt. Mix well and saut until the tomatoes soften. Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Cook on medium heat until chicken is done. Serve with a dollop of butter and enjoy with chapaati or naan.

Tip Add water for extra curry.
