I am Sergeant Torrens, an internal affairs investigator with the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department. Please Carmen, can you read this

affidavit into record? THE WITNESS: I, Carmen Gonzalez, being

first duly sworn hereby state that my name is Carmen Gonzalez. Reside at work, GIU. My Contact

I am making the following

statement to Sergeant Edward Torrens, who has identified himself as an internal affairs investigator for the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department, State of Florida, in connection with case number -MR. TORRENS: THE WITNESS: That's an "I" and an "A". IA number 12-001 and IA

the influence of drugs or alcohol at this time. I understand that giving false information in this statement is a violation of Florida Statutes 837.05, false reports to law enforcement authorities punishable as a misdemeanor of the first degree, 837.06, making false official statements punishable as a misdemeanor of the second degree. maybe Monday or Tuesday did Commander Deanna Fox call you? A call me. Q A Q She never called you? No. Okay, has anybody regarding the property No she didn't call me. Not once did she

or regarding the property receipt or documentation, you know, regarding the case anyone approach you about getting a copy, getting photographs, looking at it, anything from anybody here? recollect? A Q Approached me? Yeah on an official capacity. You know, I Anything Do you

need to see this, this property receipt? like that? A Do you recollect any?

We had one day this week and I don't

Metro-Dade wanted it and -Q A Okay. -- that Metro-Dade wanted it and I looked

at it and I looked at the name and I went to my supervisor which is Lieutenant Rodak and Joey Diaz and they said don't -- under no circumstances will this property be given out. Q A Q Okay. And that's as far as it went. Okay, did anybody -- did you happen to see

or did any member of the media that was in the building approach you? A I think that was another day I was sitting

down in the patrol area there and was having lunch and I looked up and I see Rosh Lowe walking to the bathroom. He was -- Sergeant Rosh showed him where I recognize him

the bathroom was and that was it. from T.V. Q A Okay.

But not at any time were we asked about

property or anything. Q A Q A Or anything like that? No he just used the bathroom. Just used the bathroom, okay. Yes.

And you said Sergeant Rosh showed him

where the bathroom was, so he wasn't like -A Sergeant Rosh said, "There is the bathroom

right there". Q A Okay. And that's as far -- that's all I heard,

Sergeant Rosh telling him, "The bathroom is right there". Q That's it. Okay, all right. Is there anything that I

may have failed to ask you that you would like to add to this statement? A Q No, no. Not at all.

Okay, are there any other persons or

witnesses to the alleged act? A Q No. Okay, has everything you've said been the

truth to the best of your knowledge? A Q Yes. Okay, this concludes the statement. It is
