2. Ensure to wash hand on the Hand Washing Stations before handling any process.
3. Box Packaging area and materials for process should be cleaned and sanitized before after every process.
4. Prior box packaging process, required box, plastic and shrimp size label should be put in the designated table.
5. Prepare chilled water for panning. 6. Get the transferred washed Chilled water should be Temperature shrimp and put in the box packaging <2C. Record in Production Line table. Form.

7. Get required shrimp size for box arranging and put in round basket before weighing and reach the desired weight.
8. Put required size label in the box with plastic and start arranging.
10. Put 1 cup of chilled water with STPP solution (<2C) using the required measuring cup.
11. Finished box arranged shrimp should be put on the Plate Freezer long tray.
12. Update the Production Line Form. Put long tray in the stainless trolley and proceed in the designated Plate Freezer.
