Pick-me-up Breakfast Polenta

A breakfast spin on tiramisu- to be made when the coffee and tea are left over, and you still need that early morning coffee-buzz, while healthfully pleasing your sweet-tooth! banana a couple of walnuts 2-3 tbsp coffee 40g polenta 2 cups black tea rice milk to taste strawberries Place polenta, about 1 cup of tea and a pinch of salt into a small pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and stir often, adding tea and rice milk as necessary. Cook until desired consistency, about 10 minutes. In the meantime, chop the banana into bottom of your bowl, crumble a few walnuts, pour 2-3 tablespoons of coffee, and let sit for a few minutes. When the polenta is cooked, spoon it (still hot) over the caffeinated bananas, chop a couple strawberries over the top, and covet your breakfast (like a precious ring of power)!
