Rules & Regulations

1. Each team must consist of 3 (Three) Members. 2. For Technical support (Eg, Video, Sound, Graphics) the teams can use external sources. 3. All the team members must represent the same institution and they must bring their institutional ID card during each and every round. 4. Forms must be submitted along with the registration fee at the Club Office of NSU YES! by 6.00pm, 10th November 2012. Appointment has to be made for submitting the forms. 5. Registration Fee is BDT 1000 only. 6. All the teams must attend the workshop. 7. The workshop will give the applicants a brief idea about the key concepts advertising. 8. Without attending the workshop no team can proceed further in the competition. 9. Reporting time will be strictly maintained, anyone who fails to report by the time will automatically be disqualified. 10. In the group stage, all the teams will be divided into certain number of groups and the teams will have to compete with the other teams in that particular group. 11. Every team will present their topic on a product specified by NSU YES! , justify it in front of the honorable judges. 12. In case of the TVC the time length should be maximum 60 seconds. 13. Each team will get maximum 10 minutes for presentation. 14. A very short question and answer session will be conducted by the judges. 15. The language for communicating during presentation is English. 16. Top Three (3) teams will be awarded with cash prizes and trophies. 17. All the finalists will get certificates. 18. The judges decision will be the final decision. 19. NSU YES! Holds the authority of all the TVCs that will be shown in throughout the competition 20. NSU YES! holds the authority to change any of the above mentioned rules.
