2013 S.T.E.M. SOLDIER CREDO

I pledge to be a 2013 S.T.E.M. SOLDIER. A S.T.E.M. Soldier is not a quitter. A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER will not settle. A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER will network with others that they do not normally speak to. A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER will feel a higher sense of responsibility than the average person! A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER knows that the best way to help others, is to first become an example of success themselves! A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER will always feel empowered and motivated! A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER will do things for their family and community, because they know there is a bigger purpose than themselves! A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER knows the road to success goes right through the dumps! A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER knows that the longest distance between two pointsis the shortcut! A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER knows that achieving their goals and dreams will not happen by osmosis! A S.T.E.M. SOLDIER will get rid of their BUTs!

The Test of a 2013 S.T.E.M. Soldier! The Test of a Soldier is the Fight that he Makes, The Grit that she daily shows The way he stands on his hands and feet and takes lifes numerous bumps n blows A coward can smile when theres naught to fear, and nothing his progress bars But it takes a Real soldier to stand and cheer while the other fellow stars
It isnt the victory after all, but the fight that a soldier makes, A Soldier when driven against the wall, Still stands erect and takes the blows of fate with his head held high, bleeding and bruised and pale

Is the soldier who will win and fate defied, for he/she isnt afraid to fail!
