    INSTALLATION OF CYLINDER VALVE.

    a) Fasten the cylinder on to an appropriate support to carry out the assembly and cylinder valve setting. b) Check that the thread is clean and without deformations. c) On the valves thread apply clockwise 15 turns of teflon tape; apply a thin layer of sealer for high torque threads (Loctite 680). d) Screw manually the valve (2) on to the cylinder (1) and adjust with torque wrench (4) to a torque of 17 to 20 Kgm, using a special socket (3) for the kind of valve used.

    NOTE : An exceed torque may cause a damage to the excess flow system inside the valve. Check the leakage once installed the assembly.
