Pallet packing machine (PE film) safely operation instruction

1 Purpose: For insuring the pallet packing machine (PE film) operator's safety, this instruction is instituted. 2 Scope: This instruction is used for safe technical operation of Pallet packing machine. 3 Definition or Category N/A 4 Responsibility 4.1.1 4.1.2 Pallet packing machine (PE film) operators must follow this instruction. Safety Health Department and department where the machine is used take charge of this instruction execution. 5.1 Before turning on the machine Check whether anyone is working or maintaining in the machine. 5.1.1 Make sure the emergency switch under normal state. 5.1.2 5.2 During Operation 5.2.1 5.2.2 5.2.3 5.2.4 5.2.5 5.2.6 5.2.7 Forbid entering into or outstriping transfer roll-barrel. Forbid entering into turn-around panel. If the PE film broken cause machine down, operator should press emergency switch or turn off power before entering into turn-around panel and join the PE film. Forbid non-major-operator handling the machine during machine working. Professional maintenance men should be informed when electric mechanical malfunction occurs. For aviod non-operator handle the machine, operator is forbit to leaving the machine during working time To prevent clothes or ties from wrap into the machine, loose-bodied clothes and ties are forbit to wear during working time. 5.3 Turning off the machine 5.3.1 5.3.2 5.3.3 Make sure there is no pallet on transfer roll-barrel Make sure the power is shut down. Smear on the floor should be cleaned immediatelly in order to aviod anyone slips.
