BRIEF
Avtozvetlit plant is specialized enterprise on manufacturing non-ferrous casting from aluminum and magnesium alloys, steel casting on smelted models, cast iron founding for automobile, tractor and farm machine-building. For many years foundry manufacturing at Avtozvetlit plant met the needs of PA AvtoZAZ in moldings as well as many enterprises of automobile and tractor machine-building in the countries of former USSR. Plant has its own electric power system M-300, water-supply engineering and compressor station.

STEEL CASTING SHOP

High carbon and alloy steel castings are being produced by lost-wax method of cast. Steel grades being used are those of 30,40,40,3 premium cobalt end mill and 616 nickel-base alloy and others.

STEEL CASTING SHOP

Metal casting is being conducted in high frequency induction crucible furnaces of -016 model with holding capacity of 160 kg. Model links producing is being made on automatic machine of 61201 model being worked only with mechanized die molds supplied with mechanisms for model links ejection. Manufacture of ceramic mantle is performed at the conveyor with flame-resisting applying function, blocks drying function, composition model casting function. Weighing of casting 20 1000 grams

Output of casting is up to 400.000 tons
