1. Human Resources Approach Human resource approach is one of the important developmental approaches in organization behavior. It is developmental approach concerned with the growth and development of people toward higher levels of competency creativity and fulfillment. a.k.a Supportive Approach In totally, this approach influence to employee growth and development that are encouraged and provided support to meet task. Better people achieve better results

Give a person a fish, and you feed that person for a day; Teach a person to fish, and you feed that person for life.

2. CONTINGENCY APPROACH Different situations require different behavioral practices for effectiveness Strength of this approach is that it encourages managers in organization to analysis of each situation prior to action. Each stages in problem clearly defined and make step by step solution for problem for effectiveness in task performance. There is no one best design of organisation. It is interdisciplinary and more system oriented along with the more research-oriented than the traditional approach.
