When you are in diet you can have these tikkis for they are baked Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes Servings: 4 Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes Category: Veg Print this Recipe Add to Favourites 7 1059 1 Ingredients Chickpeas (kabuli chana),boiled Oil Onion ,chopped Mushrooms,chopped Salt Green capsicum,chopped Cottage cheese (paneer) Fresh mint leaves,chopped Fresh coriander leaves,chopped Carrot Radish Method Preheat oven to 200C. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan, add onion and saut till soft. Add mushrooms, salt and capsicum. Mix well and saut for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Break paneer and put in a blender jar with chana. Blend well and transfer into a bowl. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves and mushroom mixture and mix well. 10 teaspoons 1 teaspoon + for brushing 1 medium 1 cup to taste 2 small 200 grams 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons to cook strips

Divide into equal portions and shape into tikkis. Place tikkis on a silicon sheet placed on a baking tray. Brush with little oil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot garnish with carrot and radish strips.
