What is Agenda
The agenda is the statement of the business , including supporting documentation for consideration at the meeting. The secretary drafts the agenda and the chairperson approves the agenda. Once the agenda is approved by the chairperson, it is circulated to members and other interested parties.

Each agenda item has a clear and concise heading that accurately describes the item. Before writing an item, secretory should always check relevant files, past minutes, current policies and rules.
