CITY OF MANDAUE ---------------) AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE I, JORDAN JUMUAD, of legal age, single, and a resident of Ouano Comd. Banilad, Mandaue City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say: That I am the private complainant of the Criminal Case No. 32840 entitled People of the Philippines versus William Hurbuda Y Suello for Slight Physical Injuries;; That what happened between William and me was just a product of a simple misunderstanding that can be resolved between the two of us; That the filing of the criminal case would only clogged the dockets of the Honorable Court and would only waste Courts time and resources; That William and I had already settled our differences and our original friendship had already been restored; That I execute this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts and to desist from further prosecuting this case including the civil aspect hereof; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 19th day of June 2007, in the City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu, Philippines.
