NOTES on uploading the software: The version of this software is newer than the version installed from Sharpdesk V3.3 CD [CD-Version: 1.00, 1.10, 1.20, 1.30, 1.40, or 1.50].

Sharpdesk Install Instructions: Before beginning the Sharpdesk install you will need your original purchased Sharpdesk CD. This CD is used to validate your Sharpdesk license agreement before beginning the Sharpdesk install. Start the Sharpdesk install by running the executable file, Sharpdesk3.32_<LANG>.exe. When the message shown below appears, place the original purchased Sharpdesk CD into your CD-Rom drive.

Note:

You need to avoid AutoPlay from the original purchased Sharpdesk CD placed into your CD-Rom drive. To disable AutoPlay at that time, open the CD-ROM drive drawer and place the CD in the drawer. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and then close the CD-ROM drive drawer. Keep the Shift key held down for another 5-10 seconds after the drawer closes.

Progress Bar information: The Progress Bar sometimes updates slowly or appears to stall during the Sharpdesk install. This action is normal and

depends on the speed of your PC and tasks running in the background. Do not Cancel your Sharpdesk install. You can still check progress by looking at the file display above the progress bar. This file display continues to update and show that files are being installed.
