Board's letter of even number dated 6.5.2005 was published as CPO/BSP Estt Rule No 139/2005. Ref: SECR's letter No.SECR/HQ/BKS/211/1502 dt. 6.7.2005 Kindly refer Board's letter of even number dated 6.5.2005 issued under RBE No.74/2005 on the above subject wherein it has been stipulated vide para 2 of the letter that; The budgetary allocation and necessary funding to the ETCs will be provided by the controlling zone despite the fact that the training centre will be catering to the training needs of the staff of other zone. In view of the above no debit towards cost of training of staff of other zones can be raised by the controlling zone of the training centre. The orders containing in Board's letter No. E(Trg.)93(22)10 dated 12.11.93 is regarding fee to be charged for training foreign nationals and non-railway organisation personnel in Railway Training Institutes. The debit raised by SER towards training cost of staff of SECR in ETCs as per Board's letter dated 12.11.93 in not in order.
