GERB provides design, engineering, research and development, hardware and installation. They print/copy a lot of design diagrams and quality and printer functionality is very critical, as is important.

Our managed print solution cut Gerbs costs by a whopping 47% whilst maintaining a downtime of 1% Challenge
The German based MNC was very particular about its print quality, they used network printers and original supplies, yet their printer failures and downtime were at 9%.Separate copiers were used which occupied space and employees needed to travel to the printer as well as copier at different locations.

Objective Solution
After analysis of Gerbs usage patterns, we deployed multifunction devices as well as a 30 day inventory of high quality consumables at their premises. Also inbuilt for them were service level agreements (SLAs) for printer calls and resolutions. To bring the whole printing & manageability to a uniform platform.

Solution
Managed Print Services (MPS) -Deployed multifunction devices. -High quality compatible toners. -Standby machine at disposal.

Result
Gerb immediately could see the benefits of MPStheir printing expenses were almost cut by half without them having to compromise on quality of their prints.Standby devices being deployed immediately in case if on-site resolution wasnt possible. All in all a smooth flowing print process for Gerb.
