SUMMARY THESIS THEME MANAGEMENT PROCESS AND ITS THEORETICAL APPROACH Socio-economic developments in the last decade caused

profound changes in general living environment in all countries of the world. If until recently was the driving force behind the companys capital was a computer that is currently going through is governed by other principles. Applying these principles is determined by content and quality of management, both at company level and at national, regional and global. The thesis is structured in three chapters dealing with basic issues of management: process management features and functions, methods and principles of management, effective coordination and communication to the consumer cooperative, management development in Moldova. The first chapter The process and approach to management theory proposes to highlight special place it holds in the management process business management system. In the second chapter Improving managerial process includes management development in Moldova, analyzing strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) of the Consumer Cooperative, Chisinau. Chapter three Analysis of managerial and economic activity in the consumer cooperative in Chisinau we analyzed the activity and economic management. Result of this work is the improvement and organization processes, relationships and managerial procedures. A last remark concerns the appearance management issues. The thesis also contains conclusions, proposals to raise the effectiveness of the undertaking.
