Security Operations Management

Abstract
Security bodies assume a host of activities and duties seeking for
ensuring rights, and freedoms protection, maintaining them from being
violated, as well as detecting and verifying these violations whenever
they occur.
This is solely intended to establish justice and quell violations
which are deemed crimes whose perpetrators should be held criminally
liable.
In this regard emerge a host of activities which practice and
security ideology had termed (operations) which are wholly intended
either to crime prevention, that is to say preventing it before being
committed, or by combating, that is to say nipping it in the bud before
being completed and the criminal achieves his end. This is particularly
in case of multi- victim or VIPs and important establishments' crimes.
Western and Arabic libraries are fraught with publications in this
arena in which scores of books had been written. Authors of these
books were in two kinds; some authors attempted at setting forth their
own experiences in the arena such as (O. W. Wilson), others however,
tried to garner what was embodied in other books, classifying,
analyzing, summarizing and explaining their significances.
The book in this case turns the spotlight on the author's personal
experiences which he gained from his working whether as a supervisor
for those who work in the field of executive protection, establishments'
security, management of operations' rooms etc, or patrols and guards.
Abiding by the rules of scientific writing, the author though fully
reflected his own experience trying to intermesh it with the work in the
arena, yet, he also dedicated a lavish a room to this additions being the
key aspect to be handled.
The author's main concern is that the book caters for the need of
those who seek for a scientific and training material to be utilized in
training those who work in the field, and at the same time a yardstick to
help upgrade the modus operandi of the field, and of course retaining
the book's stupendous significance as an invaluable literary and
scientific contribution to the Arabic library.
