    Method 1 Open "Control Panel", click on "Device Manager", expand "Disk drives", right click your USB device,

    click on Properties. Click the Policies tab. Make sure "Quick removal" button is selected, click OK. You can now remove the USB drive without worrying about using the "Safely Remove Hardware" process.
