To create the program, Top Gun throwing method developers analyzed the use of the arm to formulate programs that target major issues and reduce the likelihood of injury. By focusing on shoulder stability with special attention given to the rotator cuff and the scapular, it improves rotational power and core stability. The Top Gun throwing method consists of several types of exercises and pieces of equipment. Participants use cardiovascular and regeneration workouts, as well as plyometrics, to bolster their balance and total body strength. After the classes, players may increase their throwing speeds up to 12 miles per hour.
