Chicken Kheema Ingrediants : For marinate Chicken Kheema kg Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Lemon juice Garam Masala

Masala Powder 1tsp Salt

For masala Red chilies 4 Khaskhas 1tsp Til 1tsp Dhane 1tsp Lavang -2 Kali miri 6-8 Tej patta 2 small leaves Green velchi 2 Black big velchi 1 Dalchini 1inch pod

For main cooking 2 big lengthwise cut Onions Red chilli Powder Turmeric powder Dhane Powder Green peas Cherry tomatos Salt Beaten egg Koreander (for garnish)

Method 1. 2. 3. 4. Mix all the marinate & keep in fridge for 1 hr. Meanwhile roast Khaskhas, til & dhane on low flame & keep aside Fry remaining ingrediants for masala on low flame (to avoid charring) & let them cool Grind (2) & (3) to make coarse paste ( use remaining oil in pan as binding medium instead of water). Keep aside

5. Fry Onions on low flame till smooth & transparent. Add coarse masala paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dhane powder & mix. Then add chick peas & cherry tomatoes & let it cook 4 2-3 mins 6. Add marinated kheema & mix well . & put it into pressure pan to cook further till 2-3 whistles 7. Take out kheema in another kadhai & sprinkle garam masala over it again. Add beaten egg thoroughly & let it cook without cover till egg is done 8. Mix finely chopped koreander & serve. :D
