Is the Film or sensors sensitivity to light.

The higher the ISO, the more sensitive it is to light (+ noise)

SHUTTER SPEED
is the effective length of time a camera's shutter is open.
General Rule:

1/2f or faster

APERTURE
is the size of the hole that lets light into a camera. It also controls how much of your field of view is in focus: the smaller the aperture, the greater the range of distances that will be in focus.

Types of Shot

Wide Shot
- The subject takes up the full frame. - For Big Events, Demonstrations, Places

Medium Shot
-Shows some important part of the subject in more detail while still giving an impression of the whole subject.

- Interviews, Announcements

Close Up
-A certain feature or part of the subject takes up the whole frame.

-Details, Emphasis
