Ingredients
3 50 gram s 1 tsp 1 /4 tsp 2 tbsp 3 /4 cup 6 pc 1 pc (m edium ) 1 50 gram s 1 50 gram s Fish Fillet Calam ansi Juice Iodized Fine Salt All-Purpose Flour Water Green Oliv es Red Bell Pepper Carrots Potato Del Mont e Quick 'n Easy Afrit ada Sauce (pitted, each cut into 2 ) (sliced) (cut into chunks and fried) (cut into chunks with peel and fried) (cut into chunks, y ou can use labahita/m ay a-m ay a or tuna)

1 pouch (80 gram s)

Cooking Procedure:
1. Sprinkle fish with calamansi juice and teaspoon iodized fine salt (or tablespoon iodized rock salt). Mix with flour. Fry until just cooked. Set aside. 2. Simmer DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Afritada Sauce with cup water and green olives for 5 minutes. 3. Add fish, carrot, potatoes and bell pepper. Allow to Simmer. Makes 5 servings
