ABSTRACT Generally the existing toll system is quite tedious and time consuming where toll payment time

is more so traffics occurs a lot. Hence vehicle emissions take place during acceleration and de-acceleration of vehicles. The current ownership of vehicles whether it is registered or unregistered is rarely unknown. Therefore the above issues become the reason for chasing this innovation which allows electronic payment of tolls. Toll collection revolves around the wireless medium. Individual vehicle owner are provided with a RFID card which acts as a smart card for toll payment and vehicle identification. It alerts the enforcers of toll payment violation and debits the participating account. So this innovation keeps the unsafe vehicles off the road and only the card holders will be allowed through the toll plaza.
