Yogurt Rosemary Mashed Potatoes

A healthy twist on traditional mashed potatoes.

Ingredients: * * * * * * 4 large red potatoes, cleaned 1/2 cup skim milk 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup non-fat, plain greek-style yogurt 2 tablespoons dried rosemary Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Add potatoes to boiling water. Boil potatoes 8 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and set aside. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, rosemary, and milk together. Add potatoes to the yogurt mixture and mash. Add salt and pepper to taste.
