In order to access device logs, you would first need to install and configure th e Blackberry 10 SDK.

Please follow the below steps:Install 10.1 Native SDK from http://developer.blackberry.com/native/down load/ . After installation, open Blackberry Deployment Wizard from Window->Prefe rences->Blackberry. Follow the wizard steps, after connecting device to the system. You may need to set up device token, please refer http://developer.blackberry.com/native /documentation/bb10/com.qnx.doc.native_sdk.quickstart/topic/set_up_your_environm ent.html. Device would be visible in IDE, which can be accessed from Target File S ystem Navigator(Window->Show View->Other->QNX Targets->Target File System Naviga tor. Logs would be present in Target File System Navigator in Sandboxes->appl ication name->logs.
