The Integration Ipa Model and Pgcvs Index as Performance Simple Analysis in Small Scale Food Traditional Dangke

Abstract
Background : Dangke was one of milk product that has been processed traditionaly in Enrekang, South Sulawei. This study objective was to identify what the Small Scale Industry Special Food Traditional "Dangke" can do the satisfied his customer, where is the "Dangke" product can give more satisfied his customer, than where the attributes importance have to prepare to increase product performance the Small Scale Industry Special Food Traditional "Dangke" to get customer satisfaction. Methods: This study uses the integration on Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Potential Gain of Customer Value's (PGCV) Index. Result : The result showed that there are not "Dangke" product gave the maximum satisfied his customer. In cumulative Buffalo's "dangke" can gave more satisfied his customer (related score 86,346%) than Cow's "dangke" (related score 82,061%). The attributes are importance to have prepare to get customer satisfaction is a packaging (index score11, 07; Buffalo's "dangke" and 10, 15; Cow's "dangke") and attribute hygiene (index score 7, 47; Buffalo's "dangke" and 7, 54; Cow's "dangke").
