The meeting was called to order by the presiding officer, Dr. Grey at 1pm and welcomed all the members. Prayer was given by by Mary. There were no apologies for absent. All members attended the meeting. The minutes of the previous meeting were taken as read, agreed as a true and correct record and signed by the Chairperson. Dr Grey reported that the recent seminars had been successful and all the issues raised last time had been resolved. She advised to conduct the third seminar about Conflict Management Tutorials. After brief discussion, board agreed. Ms. Lexie questioned who and when to present the Conflict Management Tutorials. Ms. Alison suggested to conduct it on January 15, 2013. Members granted the said date and agreed that all employees should be inform in the next general meeting. Dr. Grey proposed that Ms. Alison will handle the said seminar and thanked all members for their participation and adjourned the meeting at 3pm.
