Waterproofing treatment to Toilet, AHU Room and other wet areas with sunken portion, to be executed by Nina Concrete

Cleaning the surfaces to our requirements, and grouting construction joints, cracks etc., with NINAs Hydrogrout crystalline grout material to full saturation, making wattas at junctions of horizontal and vertical surfaces in cement mortar (1:3), including Proofsol LWP integral waterproofing admixture @ 100 ml per bag of cement, with coarse aggregates embedded and thereafter, providing and applying NINAs NI-O-POL PLUS single component, polymer modified flexible cementitious coating based on Vinyl Acetate-Ethylene redispersible polymer technology, applied in 2 coats by way of brush, over a primer coat at a total consumption of approx. 0.75 to 1.00 Kg per Sq.Mt. etc. complete. NI-O-POL PLUS shall be applied on the floor, sides of sunken area and on dado upto 1.00 M (or as directed) above F.F.L. (For Shower areas NI-O-POL PLUS shall be ideally applied upto door height).
