Observations regarding design 1. Provision of water seal all around the junction of digester and floating drum to prevent escape of generated bio gas. 2. Provision of Moisture trap before the gas was connected to the generator set, at ACTS institution 3. The Canteen kitchen is around 500-600 m away from the plant, the gas is supplied through the flexi rubber pipe with provision of valve at every 100 mts, at acts institution. 4. Heavy oil paint on the floating drum to prevent it from corrosion.
