Now Hiring - Project Based Benefits Service Center Reps for Fall Open Enrollment
Seeking bright, driven people to join our team!
Seeking Project Based Benefits Service Center Representatives to assist with benefits open enrollment/annual enrollment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service experience. Some benefits or HR experience is helpful but not required. These are project based roles (up to 6 months with the possibility of converting to a regular role). Our Service Center is not your typical call center environment professional atmosphere, lots of training and room for advancement/growth.

All candidates should have: Strong customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework is preferred) Typing skills of at least 25 WPM Ability to pass a Call Center Listening Test Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening Excellent communication skills required with an emphasis on customer service. This includes speaking with confidence, being clear and concise when interacting with customers, and providing information to a customer in a way that is easily understood
