    To The Director CSIR-CBRI, Roorkee Sub: Medical leave from 1st June 2013 to 7th June 2013

    Dear sir, Presently I am in Orissa taking EL. Now I am suffering from acute gastritis. Doctor has advised me to take rest for one week. So, It is requested to sanction medical leave from 1st June 2013 to 7th June 2013. The scanned copy of the medical certificate is attached herewith. I will submit the original one once I arrived at Roorkee.
