    File/Open the SEM image, 2.

    select straight line and select the scale bar in your opened image (to see how many pixels the scale length is), 3. Analyze/ Set scale/ fill Known Distance (ex. 500 ) & Unit of Length (nm) / OK, 4. now you can select the length/diameter/...of nanofibers and after each press Ctrl+M, 5. then the Results page will open automatically, 6. you can analyse these data in Excel. You can immediately get the average and SD values using Summarize fuction in Analyze menu.
