Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Annotated Bibliography

This paper was written for an educational psychology course. Before writing this paper, I had very little knowledge about fetal alcohol syndrome. The research I did on this condition was very eye opening. This paper was written before the paper on the role of preschools and therefore I had less experience with writing in APA format. I would give this paper 25 out of 28 on the rubric.
