How does movement affect our surroundings?

Movement affects our surroundings because of what we do and how we do it. For Example, if we move around our furniture, we have to get used to our surroundings because they have changed. The assignment is to be aware of our surroundings and how they affect our surroundings. The project that is being addressed is to be aware of how our surroundings change.

PLAN Why am I choosing this project for STEM Night? I am choosing this project for STEM Night because I am familiar with the tectonic plates and I like constructing things that I am familiar with.

DO These are the steps I need to take to be successful: 3 /12/2011: Get supplies: 5 Styrofoam balls, rectangle piece of Styrofoam, 5 wooden sticks 3/28/2011: Start project: get base cut and wooden sticks fit properly.

What do I hope to get out of this project? I hope to become even more familiar with the tectonic plates.

How will I show my fullest potential on this project? I will get all of the information so I can present a good project and so the presentation will go smooth.

4/1/2011: Finish with the cutting of the base and fitting of the wooden sticks.

4/6/2011: Start with the marking of the tectonic plates on balls.

4/11/2011: Finish with marking of tectonic plates on balls. 4/13/2011: Put project together and get ready for presentation. 4/18/2011: Project due in class and project presentations.

 Brandies Presidential Speech

Instead of giving myself reasons why I cant do it, I give myself reasons why I can.-Unknown I apply that to life. I was born in Virginia. I also have lived there, and am experienced in politics. I always do things reasonably and do what I say I will do. I would like to gain senate seat in Virginia. I will make sure that my first things that I will fix are healthcare, education, and jobs. The first thing that I will fix and that is in the most need is healthcare. Kids barely have any healthcare at all. Kids have been getting sicker and cannot get well. Very few of them have any medicine if it helps at all.

I do know that eligibility is a big problem with a lot of racism going on in our world today, and there are not that many insurance programs and even they are crowded. Profits are not going around like they used to, either. Dylan is only going to make it worse because he wants to fix healthcare for adults. Even though it needs a little fixing, it is not as bad as children healthcare. Dylan is wrong for Virginia. The solution I would like to use is to change the healthcare law or bill. I am going to work as hard as I can to change it. I promise. It will be better after the changes have been made a lot more kids will have healthcare, they will not be as sick as they were, poverty will decrease, there wont be any more eligibility problems, there will be more insurance programs, and especially a lot more profits. I know this because I have experienced this. Some of my childhood has been like this. My objections are this: not good for society, and the reasons that I have mentioned if they need to be explained.

My proposed solution is to try my hardest to change the healthcare law or bill. It might not happen right away, but it will happen, I assure you. I also would like to fix jobs, because the parents or( whoever is working) cannot provide for their families. They also do not have jobs. I am sure you know this, because you cannot keep necessities, no food, and you would be miserable. Thomas Gruhn does not want people to have jobs. That is not how we run the U.S.A. I however, want people to have jobs. I have the incentive to build more business. People will have jobs. They can also support their families, and live better lives. I have experienced this change from bad to good. I know how effective it will be.

Thomas Gruhn has not. Here are my objections: it is bad for the economy to have barely any jobs going around. Healthcare, jobs and education have been tied together for this way, and reasons above if needed to be explain. I will try to my hardest to build more business. As I have said before, it will take time, but it will happen. I know. The next thing that I would like to bring up is education. The children are failing and do not have an education, and if they do not have an education, they cannot live in the real world. The children especially do not have access to any type of learning materials. If they do, it is very little and they probably do not know much about it.

There are not that many types of schools and you cannot get an education have choices if there are not that many types of schools. Do not vote for Savannah because she does not want to lead Virginia in the right direction. She also does not want children to have an education. Children will not fail, instead succeed. They will be exposed to technology, and there will be choices and different types of schools. I know this because I have been to schools similar to schools that have, also, gone through change. My meeting objections are this: it is not good for society, it is bad for children, and the reasons above if they needed to be explained. I will fix schools and education. As I have said many times before, it will take time it will happen.

Brandie Schaan Adv. Period 3 Question 6 A personal legend is what you have always wanted to accomplish. The King said, Its what you have always wanted to accomplish. Everyone, when they are young, knows what their personal Legend is. (Pg.21) You can find your own personal legend by following ones heart to happiness, but when you reach something better that will make you happy, go for it and accomplish it. My own personal legend is to be able to play the violin and to graduate from the Julliard School of Music. I love playing music and that is my Personal Legend.

I have improved greatly and did much better in my cardio and my flexibility is much better. I improved by more then three in each category. Improving is very important to me, because I feel I need to improved in many areas.

My favorite assignment was when we got to make up our own dance. It was really creative. I think that we did a good job considering that we worked the whole two weeks on it. This was my favorite assignment because we got to work in groups and we got to make up our own dance with no rules or regulations except that it had school appropriate.

I have improved greatly and did much better in my cardio and my flexibility is much better. I improved by more then three in each category. Improving is very important to me, because I feel I have improved in many areas.

I think that this portfolio is about how I have improved over the first semester . It shows that I have grown to fullest I can in semester through the first and second quarter. It demonstrates how and what I have learned and possibly how and what I will do next semester. I think that most have found Spanish the most academic.

think that this portfolio is about how I have changed form first semester from second semester of 7th grade physically and mentally. I found Technology the most valuable during first semester. I really did not know anything about technology until I was in that class. I think this overview helps people take away from this reflection that the kids in 7th grade have learned life skills and it has helped better their lives.
