Select 2nd option & Enter

Click on SPRO

Click on Sap reference IMG

After clicking Sap Reference IMG,this window will open

Go to Enterprise Structure

Click on definition

Click on financial accounts

Define company , Click on that Icon

Click on New entries

Defined company and save

Another window will open then click on green tick

Then go back and define company code

Click on Edit company code (If defining first time)

Click on New Entries for defining company code

Defined company code and save

Fill this opened page

Click on opened window and continue

Go to assignment and click on financial accounts

Click Assign Company Code to Company

Choose your code and double click on that then save.

See this company code saved window

After above step go back and defined business area

Click on New entries to define business area

Defined Business Area

Defined functional area so again click on new entries and save like before

Then Click on Maintain Consolidation Business Area

Defined Consolidation Business Area so again click on new entry and save like before

Then go to assignment and assign business area to Consolidation Business Area

Conclusion

Everything should be defined in Hierarchy Step like: Define company Company code Business Area Functional Area
(In this PPT there are few steps are not in hierarchy but we have to follow above hierarchy)

Define credit control Area

Fill the desired data and choose 000012 option in update and save the data ,then go back and assign

Assign company code to credit control area

When click on that,this window will open

Then go to the company and select the CCAr and save

Then click on green tick and save
