Management of reversible bronchospasm associated with obstructive airway diseases in patients who require more than a single bronchodilator

1.) Patients who is allergic to the Drugs. 2.) Patients with Hypertropic obstructive cardiomyopathy 3.) Patients having tachyarrythmia.

1.) Use Cautiously to patients with known sensitivity to atropine, soybeans, soya lecithin, and peanuts. 2.) Assess Vital Signs Before drug administration 3.) Observe for paradoxical bronchospasm (Wheezing). If Condition occurs, withhold Medication and notify physician or other health care professional immediately. 4.) Instruct patient to contact health care professional immediately if shortness of breath is not relieved by medication or is accompanied by diaphoresis, dizziness, palpitations, or chest pain. 5.) Advise the patient to rinse mouth with water after using the nebulizer to minimize dry mouth.

ACTION: Iron is absorbed from the duodenum and upper jejunum by an active mechanism through the mucosal cells where it combines with the protein transferrin.

>Prophylaxis and treatment of iron deficiency and irondeficiency anemias. >Dietary supplement for iron. Optimum therapeutic responses are usually noted within 2-4 weeks.

Hemosiderosis, hemochromatosi s, peptic ulcer, regional enteritis, and ulcerative colitis. Hemolytic anemia, pyridoxineresponsive anemia, and cirrhosis of the liver. Use in those with normal iron balance.

>Substitution of one iron salt for another without proper adjustment may result in serious over or under dosing. >Eggs, milk, coffee, or tea consumed with a meal or 1 hr after may significantly inhibit absorption of dietary iron. >Ingestion of calcium and iron supplements with food can decrease iron absorption by one-third; iron absorption is not decreased if calcium carbonate is used and taken between meals. >Do not crush or chew sustained-release products.

Contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to drug. Use cautiously in patients with long term alcohol use because therapeutic doses cause hepatotoxicity in these patients. Nursing Responsibilities
Use liquid form for children and patients who have difficulty swallowing. In children, dont exceed five doses in 24 hours. Advise patient that drug is only for short term use and to consult the physician if giving to children for longer than 5 days or adults for longer than 10 days. Advise patient or caregiver that many over the counter products contain acetaminophen; be aware of this when calculating total daily dose. Warn patient that high doses or unsupervised long term use can cause liver damage.

Antipyretic: Treatment of Reduces fever fever. by acting directly on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center to cause vasodilation and sweating, which helps dissipate heat. TE: Reduces fever.

Nursing Responsibilities
Arrange for culture and sensitivity tests before beginning therapy. Encourage patient to complete full course of therapy. Instruct patient to report rashes.
