Dear NaCoMM 2011 Delegate,

We are pleased to confirm your stay in the Taramani Guest House (TGH), IIT Madras Campus, during the period November 29-December 02, 2011 for NaCoMM 2011! Please note that this is only on the basis of two people sharing a double-bed a/c room. If you are not comfortable with this arrangement, and wish to cancel your request, please do so IMMEDIATELY by replying to this email, so that the room can be given to another interested person. Please print this letter and show it to the TGH Reception Desk upon arrival. If the dates of your arrival/departure are outside the period Nov. 29-Dec.02, 2011, you would need to make your own arrangements with the TGH, since the booking for NaCoMM 2011 is for the said period only.
