    Scan Function of Xerox Printer

    It is our pleasure to announce the Scan Function of Xerox Printer. From now on, the Xerox Printer can be used to scan documents to your email.

    This Function is enabled to minimize interruption to scanners of EDP team.

    Please follow this step-by-step instruction to start using the new function:

    1. Login the Xerox printer with your username and PIN a. Press Log In/Out

    (ng nhp user my in)

    b. Select Keyboard Input your username Save c. Select Next Input your PIN Select Confirm (t ti liu vo khay np giy) (chn Email) (chn Address Book) (chn a ch email mun gi n) (chn Close) (Nhn nt Start bt u scan file)

    2. Place the document into document feeder 3. Select Email 4. Select Address Book 5. Select your Email account 6. Select Close 7. Press Start button

    The document will be scanned into a PDF file sent to your email.
