The highest decision making body of the Congress party, Congress Working Committee (CWC) has endorsed the formation of Telangana. CWC took the decision today after the parties in UPA coalition fully endorsed the formation of 29th state of India. In the resolution CWC has accepted that the demand for separate state is long standing demand of large section of the people of Telangana region of Andhra Pradesh. CWC also says that the decision has been taken after widest possible consultation. A separate state of Telangana with Hyderabad as a capital will be formed. Initially, for 10 years Hyderabad will be capital of both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
