PANEER BUTTER MASALA 250 gms Paneer 1 cup curd 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp

Red chilli powder 2 Pinch sugar Salt to taste For making paste 2 Onions 3 Tomato 10 cashew nuts(soak it for 20 min) Seasoning Bay leaf, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, 4 Green chillies,Butter 1 tsp Method Cut paneer in cubes. Cut onion and tomato and saute it in little oil and ground to paste with Cashew. Heat butter in a pan and season the ingredients given .Ad d ginger garlic paste. Add the ground paste and saute it till the raw smell disa ppear. Add the churned curd to that. Then add coriander powder, red chilli powde r. saute for 5 more minutes. Add panner ,salt and sugar close with lid cook for 5 more minutes. Garnish with Coriander leaves .Serve hot with Paratha, Roti ,Na an. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ASOKA HALWA Ingredients Green gram dal----1cup ghee---2 cups wheat flour---- 1cup sugar ---2 cups almond, cashew, pistachio for decoration cardamom powder---1 spoon. Wash the dhal and cook it with sufficient water till gentle and mas h it. In a thick bottom pan put 2 tbs ghee and when it is warm, add the wheat f lour and roast till nice aroma comes . Add the mashed dhal, and mix nicely. Let it cook in a moderate flame.add sugar and stir well. add the remaining ghee slow ly and gradually and stirring. it should leaves the sides of the pan, add cardam om powder, fried cashew and all the nuts mix well.remove from stove.Transfer to greased bowl. Serve hot.
