HOME RENTAL AGREEMENT

This rental agreement is dated August 1, 2012 by and between Ranie Wilson (Landlord) and Stephanie & Jeremy Barnes (Tenant). The parties agree as follows: PREMISES: Landlord leases to tenant 2 bed 1 bath home located at 251 Crocker Rd Odenville, Al. 35120. TERM: The rental agreement term will begin on 8/1/2012 and will terminate on 8/1/2013. RENT PAYMENTS: Tenant shall pay $700.00 a month, payable in advance on the first day of the month. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit in the amount of $700.00 is due at the signing of the rental agreement. UTILITIES: All utilities are included in the rent. PETS: No pets allowed. LATE PAYMENTS: For any payment that is not paid within 5 days after its due date, Tenant will pay a late fee of $50.00. LANDLORD:
