RESPONDENTS In this study, the researchers used thirty respondents. This is composed of ten customers that use traditional banking, ten for customers that uses E-banking, and ten for the banking staffs. The sample came randomly from Banco de Oro,Unibank. INSTRUMENT Researchers used interview and survey questionnaire as an instrument to answer the relevant questions. It is believed to be the major source of gathering data in experimental survey studies. It consisted of questions which are intended to elicit information from the respondents pertinent to a particular experiment of this research. Construction. The questions in the questionnaire used in this research were based from the statement of the problem assessed by the study. It consists of rate survey questions and essay questions. Validation. The instrument was validated by the adviser of the researchers. The questions were checked if it will answer the studys statement of the problem and if it can be asked to the respondents without due violations to the banks rights of privacy. Administration and Retrieval of Information. The questionnaires will be given to the respondents personally. This is to avoid invalid data from respondents by reason of lack of interest or pranks. It will be gathered then after by the researchers and checked if valid.

STATISTICAL TREATMENT OF DATA The researchers in treating the data for each sub-problem used the following tools. 1.) Percentage will be used to present the respondents demographic profile. The formula is: P=F/N x 100 Where: P = percentage F = frequency N = no. of respondents

2.) Weighted mean will be used to describe the response of the group in each item in the instruments.

The formula is: X = fx/ n

Where: X = weighted mean fx = frequency
