MALTA RESOURCES AUTHORITY ACT (CAP. 423) Commencement notice of the Minimum Requirements on the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations, 2006 BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 28 of the Malta Resources Authority Act, and in terms of the provisions of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Minimum Requirements on the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations, 2006, published by Legal Notice 238 of 2006, the Minister for Resources and Infrastructure, in consultation with the Malta Resources Authority, has established the 1st November, 2006 as the date when the said regulations came into force.
