1. With reference to your application for admission to the M. Tech. Programme/s as above at this

department for the year 2013 starting July, it is to inform you that you have been provisionally shortlisted for the same. You are requested to appear for an interview as per following schedule. Date: 11th June 2013 (Tuesday) Venue: Dept. of ECE premises Time: well before 09:00 AM 2. You are requested to produce the following original certificates/documents at the time of interview for the purpose of verification: Under Graduate Marksheets of all Semester Teaching Experience Certificate (if any) Industrial/Research Experience Certificate (if any) Short Term Courses Certificate (if any) Reprints of Research Papers (if any) Category Certificate Date of Birth Certificate Other relevant docs You are requested to bring copies of the above certificates without fail, in case they have not been already submitted along with your application. 3. Please note that any request for change in the date and time of interview will not be entertained. If you do not report for interview for admission at the institute at the time of and date as per schedule, your candidature for admission will automatically stand cancelled. 4. Candidates called for interview will have to make their own arrangement for travel and stay and are not eligible for reimbursement of any TA or DA from MNIT Jaipur. If required, you may have to stay for another day i.e. 12th June 2013. 5.
