The Contradiction!
Contradiction exists because employers actually prefer docile people who abide by their decisions without much resistance. They want hard-working, agreeable employees since people can be taught technical skills, but it is very difficult to change a persons personality. But at the same time, disagreeable employees bring new ideas with them and are better negotiators so they have the ability to sell their ideas well.
