LICENCE UNDER SECTION 24(2)

Whereas it has been proved to my satisfaction:

the promotion of charitable and useful objects set out in the Memorandum of Association
of the company;
(b) that the said .......................................................... intends to apply the whole of its profits
and other income in the promotion of the said charitable and useful objects;

payment of any dividends to its members.

hereby authorize, by virtue of the powers conferred upon me by section 24(2) of the Companies

which does not contain the word Berhad, being a name approved by the Registrar.
