The business aims to sell high quality silver products that will satisfy the customers that wants beautiful accessories with them. The owner have conduct this kind of business because he assume that in this day forward, people has high demand to buy silver products as alternative in gold products that is too expensive. The business also offers free cleaning of silvers that was bought from the owner of the business. The owner is also aware of the many silver businesses all around the country and he wants to prove himself that he can go to the flow of the market strategies, the owner will also create a website so that the customer dont have to use a brochure to pick and buy silver accessories. The products of the business are from a company that is also selling silvers and the owner also has contacts of the personnel of the company. This business didnt just want to compete from other business that is also offering silver products but the owner also wants to prove that the silver product that is being sold is a high quality.

The legal structure of the proposed business is Sole proprietorship.

Sole proprietorship The vast majority of new businesses are set up as sole proprietors. The form is normally formality-free; there are no rules about the records you have to keep. Nor is there a requirement for your accounts to be audited or for financial information on your business to be filed at the registrar of companies. You still have to pay tax from the profit. The biggest disadvantage of being a sole trader is that you are totally responsible for any debts your business incurs. If you go bankrupt, your creditors are entitled to size and sell your possessions - personal as well as business.

Skills and Experience


The owner has the ability to communicate well to other people, he has no experience in selling products but has a good communication skills. The owner is a 4th year student of Polytechnic University of the Philippines and has many contacts who want to buy any silver accessories. This business is a volunteer work to sell many silver products that will satisfy the wants of the customers.

The Silver Accessories and Cleaning Services (SACS) have a great quality in terms of silver products and good in terms of cleaning services. 1. The price is affordable. 2. Free cleaning of products from our business.

The Silver Accessories and Cleaning Services offer both products and services. The product is silver accessories and the service is to clean silvers. The owner assured that all service is good and the product that is being offered is a high quality and has the a free cleaning service offered.

Age: 15 above with assurance of their parents if their age is 15 18. Civil Status: Single, Married, etc. Income Bracket: Middle class up to high income. Occupation: Any Jobs that is afford to buy. Geographic Area: Barangay/City Industry Type: Accessories Industry

Explanation of Management Procedures


The Silver Accessories and Cleaning Services business implies those management and procedures for proper allocating and managing of products as well as handling it with the costumer concerns. The first setup we should set is the capital money for the desired business then setting up with the manufacturer of the biscuit and cookies that is needed as the product that we will sell, after that as an I.T student or as a skilled person creating a website to advertise and displaying those products on the web will be useful and when the time came that the capital that we use to buy those product is not enough the business must gathered 50% amount from the profit to make the capital money for buying those goods become stable. On the other hand even if we made an online site for that particular business we must tell it to our friends and made them realize that advantages of using that product so the profit will continuously increase as well as the capital still stable.

This business is a sole proprietorship which means only one person operates the business so hiring personnel is unnecessary.

The process of this business is simple. The customer will order in the website or in brochure and the owner will get the order to sell to the customer.

In order to obtain the business goals such as increasing of profit, improving skills in marketing and making the business become larger I am willing to invest my own money and work long hours for no pay, sacrificing personal time and lifestyle, Ensuring of alignment of processes, structures, technology and strategy. Then after all, viewing of comments and opinions of costumers and making their suggestion real will also make them loyal and the business become successful.
