Dear Sir, The compliances to the comments related to QA/QC are given below. Sl. No. 1. Location wise maintained. Comments cube identification details not Compliances Identification of locations will be marked on each cube. CTM calibration was done in presence of JSPL and BIVL and the calibration certificate is always there at the laboratory. It will be submitted to the client and consultant once again. It was a typing error by the engineer as we are not using any brand and grade of cement other than Jindal PSC. So we will correct the error and resubmit the document again. The comments will be incorporated. Hence forth onwards all the documents will be submitted in the name of M/s. OATS only.

CTM m/c. calibration certificate not available.

Design mix copy not available & whatever mix design submitted to us during meeting it is not at all acceptable to us as cement brand shown as Jindal for PPC but Jindal is supplying PSC. The code ref. use for mix design based on old version. Field Quality Plan submitted to us having some comments i.e. In cube sampling frequency, backfilling, calibration of batching plant. So FQP may not be possible to approve. Out of above the contract is with M/s. OATS not with IDAX so all the related documents to be submitted in the name of M/s. OATS only.
