Homecoming Carnival - CAS Project


Background: A day to welcome back the students and faculty of Brent International School Subic and to welcome the new members of the BISS Family. The purpose of the festivity is to start the year off with a celebration while giving to others in the process. The proceeds will benet Buklod Center, a foundation entitles to provide aid to women in prostitution and poverty in Olongapo City. The objective of the project is raise funds to donate to Buklod Center, but also to welcome the new comers of Brent Subic. This project will contribute to my long-term plan of helping Buklod Center as part of my CAS program. Activities There will be tickets for sale to play each game. The tickets will be used as a voucher to play a certain game. Each game could potentially cost about 20 Pesos each and 100 for 5 tickets. Activity Ring Toss Guessing Game Photo Booth Baseball Toss Dunk Water Man Face Paint Itinerary: *There wont really be an itinerary, but a there will be a general scheduling. We can also talk about shifts in different stations.
